I decided to write a blog because I have a crazy desire to communicate and share my knowledge, my work experience, my aspirations. I also want to inform my clients and all those who wish to have information on the world of the meat we eat, on intelligent spending, on the malice of cooking, on the condiments and the presentation of the dishes. I would like you to reach as many of you I can, because, by now as you know – with the competition of the big distribution chains, we, small artisans, must distinguish ourselves by showing our face to the public! Today the shopkeeper can not afford to remain only traders and only those who manage to communicate effectively with the clientele with contemporary tools stay in business.
